1. Playing and saved settings
The game is free and single-player, with no player accounts. Races and driving inputs run in your browser. The game does not upload your driving inputs, preferences or race results to our servers.
Browser local storage remembers preferences such as your fictional driver, controls, graphics, sound and race options until you change or clear them. We do not back up these preferences or save your race history.
2. Website delivery and analytics
Our hosting and security providers process technical information to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, browser and request headers, requested pages, referring pages, request times and security information. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security checks.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. Cloudflare describes this feature as not using cookies or local storage for analytics. Google Analytics is not installed. We do not use advertising networks or sell personal information.
3. Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your address and what you choose to include. We use this to respond, investigate problems and keep relevant records. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.
4. Providers and overseas processing
We use Cloudflare for delivery and security, Hetzner for hosting, and email providers for correspondence. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in Europe and the United States. We use safeguards required by applicable privacy law.
We share information only where reasonably needed to operate the service, obtain professional advice, meet legal obligations or protect lawful rights. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for operation, security and enquiries, legal obligations, or consent where required.
5. Retention and security
We keep operational, security and correspondence records only while needed for those purposes and legal requirements, subject to providers' retention arrangements. Browser preferences remain under your control. We take reasonable precautions, but cannot promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You can clear site storage and cookies through your browser settings. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restricted use of personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email us; we will respond within applicable legal time limits. You may also contact the OAIC or your local privacy regulator where applicable.
7. Age and changes
Full Send is intended for people aged 16 and over. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will date policy updates and give additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required.
