Terms of Service
Effective:
These Terms govern Full Send at fullsendgame.com, operated by ONE ONE FOUR PTY LTD (ABN 14 695 785 098), Queensland, Australia. By playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. The game
Full Send is a free browser racing game. The current release offers single-player races against computer-controlled opponents, with no player accounts, online multiplayer, purchases or prizes.
The setting, teams and drivers are fictional. The game is entertainment, not driving instruction or a complete representation of real-world racing rules or vehicle behaviour.
2. Eligibility and local settings
You must be at least 16 to use Full Send. You are responsible for your device, connection and associated costs. Preferences are saved in your browser and may be lost when browser data is cleared, devices change or software changes. We do not promise to preserve or transfer them.
3. Permitted use
You may play for personal, lawful use. Do not disrupt or overload the service, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe other people's rights. Automated access that disrupts the service or bypasses security is prohibited. We may reasonably restrict access to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements.
4. Intellectual property
We or our licensors hold the rights in the game's software, artwork, sound, branding and original content. Permission to play includes ordinary browser copying and caching. Do not resell or redistribute the game or substantial parts of its content without permission, except where applicable law or a third-party licence permits it. Third-party material keeps its own licences; see Credits.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, website delivery, analytics and contact information. Please read it alongside these Terms.
6. Availability, changes and your rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to those rights, the service is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, complete accuracy or preservation of local settings.
We may update, pause or withdraw the service for operational, security or legal reasons, with reasonable notice where practicable. Updated Terms will be dated and apply to future use. We will give additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
7. Law and contact
Queensland law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections where you live. You retain any rights to use courts or regulators available under applicable law. For questions or disputes, email [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue.
